Part 1 Self-Mastery
Self-mastery is about self knowing and self acceptance. It is recognition of human nature, that type of behaviour in human socializing that seems to be unchanging or rather take long period to change that the change is so small we don’t consider it change! Even though human beings are dynamic creatures, full of contradictions, experiencing trouble, conflict and fear as well as joy, boredom and satisfaction. There are still similarities and differences that help define who are we as individuals and groups. The part of self mastery is very much focused in human nature rather than nurture. Is mastering the behaviour that naturally takes place subconsciously that is without self awareness and control. When one becomes aware of that behaviour that happens without being aware one is said to have mastered self.
Part 2 Self-Transformation
Take control of your actions, energy and thoughts. Self-transformation is not an easy task but a necessary one, for one to change and adapt to the living conditions of the present day, one must let go of those things that no longer serve them. Self-transformation is a skill needed by all people not just leaders, artists, entrepreneurs and inventors, because we are all responsible and in charge of our own lives, and to live fully we must act on that fact. It is self-transformation that shows us how: Self- transformation is a science of building one’s live to a successful state, it is consistently taking up a position that will put you in an advantageous position. Most people disregard Self-transformation but with little extra attention, patience and work you will see the results of it, if you just apply the prescription in this course. Self-Transformation deals with the part of nurture or nurturing rather than nature, which means it deals with the things that you can and must change in order for you to live a successful life. Things like individual values, social values, knowledge and skills. So in self-transformation we answer the question of, how can we transform our behaviour?
