About the course
This course is written with the objective of bridging the gap between the often simplistic popular approaches to leadership and the realistic challenges leaders face daily. The material in this course is selected from “The princess: Leadership DNA” and other leadership authorities. The course is a blueprint of the application of each theoretical approach that can be applied to real world organizations.

Lessons
Introduction To understand the nature of leadership we must look at all its principles and factors that make it functional. The first of those is the individual known as the leader! What or rather who is a leader? A leader is the person the people in a group or followers as they are often called look for salvation from since the leader is more skilled than they are. A leader is a person whom people choose to follow in a group as the chief director for that group. What this really means is that a leader is the person who is selected to choose what options to take and what options to leave out in a group. Making the leader an individual with discipline and skills to motivate, inspire and influence groups of people to work together and better, so they can overcome life challenges and obstacles that prevent them from reaching their desires and needs. That means the person in the position of leadership is governed by laws, rules and conditions that make it possible for them to lead their followers. Throughout this course you will be learning those laws, those rules and conditions that make it so. Lesson 2 dives in to those laws by explaining how leadership works, lesson 3 explains the rules a leader must obey by following certain daily conduct and lesson 4 explains different conditions a leader will meet during their work, lesson 5 shows you how leaders are selected within a group. Then the last lesson will teach you skills that will help you deal with all this laws, rules and conditions in practice.
